Let me say right off that I'd walk away immediately. Having had my CC=20 hacked 4 times in the past 3 years, I'm even more cautious. The "Appeal" seems to imply they have a concern with it. If you do=20 provide your DL# or SSN, etc... how would they even verify this? Instead of this, perhaps consider using a known/trusted escrow service...? Cheers, -Neil.
