If you can find something off-the-shelf then that is likely the cheapest option, but I would like to put in a plug for Protocase. They make custom aluminum or steel enclosures, complete with silkscreened labeling, paint, and all the holes and cutouts you specify. I have no financial interest in them - I've just used them for 3 or 4 projects and been very pleased with both the quality and the relatively low-cost. Just to give you an idea - a 250mm by 250mm by 500mm steel enclosure with maybe 20 mounting PEMs and several large custom-shaped cutouts, with silkscreen printing, is about $500 US including overnight shipping, for a total turnaround time of about 7 business days. Definitely worth it for one-off commercial projects where your time is worth money.
