With the latest preview build of Windows 10 (build 14316), Microsoft=20
allow an option to switch on native BASH in Windows allowing you to run=20
Bash scripts, and Ruby, GIT and Python, it will also allow direct access=20
to the Windows filesytem.

Linux tools won't be able to interact with Windows programs and Windows=20
programs won't be able to access the Windows programs.
