Hi all,

I'm searching a replacement for 1A/15-20V bridge motor driver. I have used
a power OA (TCA0372DW $1.8), but I need a smaller footprint than SOIC or at
least  the same size.
Can you recommend a low cost MOSFET  to be driven directly from
microcontroller?  I found LB1973JA but is expensive ($2.03). Perhaps using
four MOSFETS?
