Xiaofan, No it isn't good. I bought these drives from goHardDrives through=20 NewEgg. They have been very good about providing support. They sent me a=20 replacement for the DOA that day. I received it two days after they=20 mailed it. I then sent the bad drive back to them. They even paid for=20 the shipping both directions. They mailed me a replacement drive today. I should receive it on=20 Friday or Saturday. It is one of my Records drives. I have my records=20 drives set up in a striped RAID configuration. So all I will have to do=20 is to remove the defective drive and plug this one in. Then the system=20 will configure the drive and write the data to it. It does take several=20 hours to set up the replacement drive. Is it RAID 1 that makes a copy of=20 the other drive giving you a back up copy of your drive? Thanks, rich!
