The LMV358 is supposed to be everything the LM358 is plus R-R output, prici= ng=20 looks ok. A dodgy low budget trick is standard LM358 with a pull-up resistor on outpu= t. Helps=20 get the output closer to the +ve rail, that's usually where it needs the mo= st=20 improvement as down close to 0V it does fairly well anyway. Some caveats of= =20 course... eg. with capacitive load you have would probably mess things up a= nd not=20 meet 1MHz GBW requirement, and/or might lift 0V up more than 100mV=20 requirement. Or, if it's driving an N-Channel MOSFET gate w.r.t ground you find a MOSFET= with=20 a lower Vgs to ease the driving requirements.
