How is the spec written? It could be the 12V is the nominal value, the 2.1watt is a max value and 125...130 is a maximum value. The voltage range can be up to a higher value (say 16.8V x 125mA =3D 2.1 W). Is this a safety spec? Sometimes they put some margin for certain spec.
