Holy cow! (pardon my language) For what it is (a "silly" web application) it's pretty good. With that said its still only about 75% of the way towards being "usable" in my option. Obviously being browser based means it cannot natively talk to programmers or debuggers. (They have a bridge application that takes care of that somewhat). It seems to limited to 8 bit devices using the free version of the compiler (when not logged in). That said it certainly can be useful to be able to compile firmware on somebody else's computer.
