I have a couple hundred mosfets in SOT-23 package that are marked B22D.
I haven't been able to track them down. Only mosfets I can find with
B-number-number markings are from SinoPowerSemi but none of theirs have
a 22.

What I've been able to discern from experimenting is that they are
P-channel, logic level, "4.5V" but definitely not 1.8 or 2.5 v logic,
because the gate threshold is about 1.3 volts at room temperature.

Anybody come across something like this before? Looking for a datasheet,
mostly I'm curious about the gate voltage maximum for them.

Definitely not AO3415A, which is what they were sold to me as :(
