The Google SafeBrowsing report[1] suggests that "the site may install
malware".  It's likely this is caused by the following file:

That gets a score of 25 positive detections from 50 antivirus engines on
VirusTotal.  Most are generic detections for ransomware.  There aren't
any other files currently listed on VirusTotal relating to that domain.

It's quite possible the file is being detected by over zealous antivirus
(I haven't looked in any more detail).  Olin may be able to mitigate
this somewhat by code signing executable downloads.
