NetBeans may be open source but I can't find any trace of specs for the API=
..
I would like to know at least the basics, such as a hook to be able to run
an external program with parameters on its command line. I found several
"community contributed" plugins - how does the "community" find the API
spec please? I assume it is somewhere online, goopile did not help at all
with this.
