If you have not found it yet, there is a lively roomba hacking community,
most of it revolves around serial debug connection to the roomba, plus ther=
e
are apparently at least two kinds of SDKs for it, one original from irobot =
(?).

At least one zombie roomba is known to be operated from an android phone
with camera and wifi and all sitting in a stand glued to the top of the
roomba and talking to it via bluetooth serial S2DP protocol connected to th=
e
serial debug interface.
