You should read DEBUG_ON (not DEBUG_OFF)

 __CONFIG( FOSC_INTOSCIO & DEBUG_ON & LVP_OFF & WDTE_OFF & PWRTE_OFF &
BOREN_OFF & CP_OFF & MCLRE_OFF );=20

I made so many tests I forgot to put back these codes like I tested them..
So the tests were made using DEBUG_ON. Sorry.
