Being in the Space industry, I can wonder at the inquiry this is going to c=
ause at the manufacturer of the said module. There will be a lot of scrutin=
y of the manufacturing process for quite some time.

But I also have to wonder if this particular unit is mounted in a position =
that suffers severe vibration due to Q multiplier effects of the airframe t=
hat no-one has diagnosed yet. Having seen such things happen within instrum=
ents and PCBs when doing vibration tests, where it is possible to get accel=
erations in the region of 20x the drive amplitude you wonder how anything s=
urvives.
