That is a connector used for CB radios and ham radios for the PTT microphon=
e. 2 contacts were used for the microphone capsule, and the other two to tu=
rn the transmitter on, (PTT is Push To Talk) Radio Shack used to carry them=
 for like $5.
You will find them cheaper in a CB radio shop.
