The easiest way around this may be to make some piggyback adapter boards th=
at will take 6116 CMOS RAM chips and convert them to the skinny DIP pinouts=
 of the 2114s. You could use SMD 6116 chips so the extra height shouldn't b=
e too bad if you are squashed for room.
