Sean, For very low voltage application it's important for which Vd the Vgs threshold is defined. If you take a closer look you'll see that Vgs=3D0 is for Vd=3D100mV. (I saw= it as 200mV somewhere) That was the numbers meaning I've gave. Do you know other mosfets with Vgs near zero (saying at least 0.2V-0.5V)?
