No so!!! These are changes of the plasma on a temporary and molecular=20
level. The pressure is different! In femto seconds (fS) or less, the=20
electrons displaced by the infusion of power drop back into their places=20
on other molecules that have recently had an electron torn from it=20
orderly orbit....and the process continues as long as power is applied.

Try to tune plasma with an rf generator-plasma also acts as a diode!

If you were to quantify the photonic output of the plasma and compare it=20
to the input power that created it, you would find that they are equal.
