The class B (residential) limit is about 10dB below the class A (non-residential) limit. I can normally meet class A pretty well, but B is tough! The FCC limits for conducted emissions (back down the power line) are from 150kHz to 30MHz ( http://www.hallikainen.com/FccRules/2015/15/107/ ). Radiated limits are above 30MHz (http://www.hallikainen.com/FccRules/2015/15/109/ ). There always seems to be some harmonic way up there. Unintentional radiator noise has pretty much destroyed AM broadcast. The higher frequencies get noise, but not as much.
