It was done with 0.5mm FR4 fibreglass bo= ard that was then bent and glued into a former to hold its shape. It is a c= ow of a thing to mount the components on. If there is a possibility of redesign I want to rehash it using a flexi-rig= id PCB so that the components are on ridged segments joined by flexi sectio= ns.
