Is Seeed cheaper out the door than 3pcb? Looks to me like Seeed doesn't
charge for shipping on a 50 order (at least, the quote doesn't show a
charge). 3pcb looks like I pay more to ship than for the boards themselves.
More than doubles the total price of the order.
