Not quite, they say that the one minute battery only stores half the energy=

The little time/battery drawing is interesting it states 100% Charge 50%=20
energy.

I wonder if the charger works by high voltage, pulse charging in PWM=20
fashion.  It would be interesting to know if Samsung Venture Capital=20
actually run their technology investments past their engineers for comment.
