I guess you can uninstall the Lenovo solution centre after all drivers are installed and perhaps Lenovo Customer Feddback program will be uninstalled as well. Not only Lenovo is spying, Microsoft too, through Microsoft Windows Disk Diagnostic Data Collector which runs once per week.
