Are you assuming that a teacher, principle, or even a random policeman=20
knows what explosives looks like? "A counting display, yes, I have seen=20
those in movie bombs!" But the actual explosive??

Can anyone tell that kid to come over to my country and (eventually)=20
enroll in my classes? If America doesn't want him, I'd love to have him=20
here! (Actually, making a fake bomb - sans explosives - is one of the=20
assignments in my microcontroller course...)
