I want to set values into this eight pin PIC and not having enough pins to
do it digitally I thought that I will use the ADCs.   A pot across the
rails, wiper to an input, set Vref to Vdd and sample at about 4Hz.

But it seems too easy.  Are there hidden gotchas that require other
components?
