At a pinch, one can also set up a system acting as an ethernet bridge.

Either a PC with two ethernet sockets, or an embedded system like a
wireless router running engineer controllable firmware.  My preference
for the former is some sort of Linux or BSD, and for the latter
OpenWrt.
