They show as out of stock on their website right now but we use these in
production with no issues:

Since they manufacture their programmers and debuggers themselves, they
usually don't stay out of stock for long.

We also use the Load 'n Go programmers quite a bit:

Programmed 100's of thousands of PICs of all flavors on both devices. Broad
device support, works standalone, can supply up to 200mA to target board.
