That's my guess too. Maybe a "tactical" knife. Some people get pissed=20
off at drivers
of sports cars. Or maybe just some random drugged idiot.

All the cuts suggest either a lot of rage or ignorance, since a=20
single hole in the
sidewall makes the tire scrap.
