I have Wizflow, don't like it much, but it works and was cheap.

ok, just googled for a link - they seem to have changed something.
Last time I bought a copy it was about $30, now it's $150.
I wouldn't recommend it at that price.

If you already have an office suite (microsoft or open office or something
else)
most of them have some basic symbols in their drawing tool...
