LibreOffice Draw works well for drawing flowcharts, all the common=20
symbols are included and custom symbol creation is fairly easy. A=20
benefit of using a general purpose diagram program is that the=20
UI/operations you have to learn are also applicable to creating other=20
types of diagrams.
