I saw this message on the list.
Has some one realised anything ?

This is not a [PIC] thread. I don't want to hear any silly remarks as
"this could not be done with a PIC". It's not about NMEA or about
using NMEA with a PIC.
I'm interested if some RF people over here have tried succesfully to
decode the output sign-magnitude information from a GPS receiver
frontend (4.092 or 1.023MHz IF)

I have a GPS card with SE4110L (from Sige).
I have 3 signals : Sign, Mag and a Clock.
But, how can I decode something with this ???
