But you don't need to write the code, you only need to send the
machine back to when you needed the code, and extract it.  ;-)

We only have type 1 time machines at the moment; those that can see
into the past, and only because light is so slow.

Since we have no time machines from the future, either they will never
be invented, or the universe bifurcates.  Are we in the right trouser
leg of time?
