As far as I know every emergency aid agency siphons off money for=20
operating expenses.

There used to be a web site that would let people know what percentage=20
of their donation would end up get to who you donated it for.

I know one animal rights agency only5% of your donation actually made it=20
to help animals.  The director made a hefty $495,000 annual pay.    I am=20
really reluctant to give money to anything other then very local agencys.

Just think about this " when they show the kids in the dirty water they=20
could dig a well for what it cost them to go there and film the TV ad. =20
And maybe feed the kids fo a month or 2.
