Right now I'm playing with:

cloudmqtt.com
test.mosquitto.org
broker.mqttdashboard.com

The test.mosquitto.org doesn't stay up and will fail periodically
which is fine for testing my software. The Cloudmqtt.com is a
pay-to-play service and I'm using the free service (limited). I'm
really leery of using the cloud but I need to understand it and
possibly come up with ways to work with it so I can answer questions
I'm bound to get.
