Accuracy of any GPS module below 10 meters is questionable in my limited experience, but I've had good luck with UBLOX modules like this: http://www.ebay.com/itm/-/360986417401 Not a seller I've bought from, but pick one from ebay and chances are it'll wrok fine. The UBLOX modules are nicely configurable so you don't need to parse tons of data if you don't want it. Update rate is also configurable, you can get 10 per second if you want.
