Thanks.

For that code snippet, I had used the FED 'C' v16 compiler, which gets all=
=20
weird (much pointing all over the place to the software stack) using either=
=20
of your alternatives. It doesn't like the (0<<PS0) when combined with OR=20
logic, but if left out it compiles as a literal.

I think XC does accept your version(s) without making a pile of extra code.
