You can list something on ebay for any price you like, that doesn't mean anybody will buy it at that price. I just had a look at SOLD list for Osborne 1's. While I did see one sold for $117, I saw another sold for ~$30. Considering those things sold for $1795 (~$4656 in today's dollars), even selling for ~$100 still is pretty close to "pretty much zero" IMHO, especially considering how much it costs to ship. There's no harm in selling some old stuff for whatever it's worth, but one can't assume that because it's old it'll be worth the effort.
