tool for these LED strips

No doubt there is one, but MPJA probably don't got it. I'm sure
with enough determination they can be hand-soldered.

Personally I'd go with their 79c doodad. The only reservation
is that dissimilar metal connections exposed to the weather tend
to fail by electrolytic corrosion, whereas a solder joint wouldn't
