I tried most every thing suggested plus a dremel tool to remove the=20
plastic NO LUCK
Then in desperation I called MPJA to see if they could help me. Their=20
TECH support person told me you cannot solder to them
with out VERY specialized tools but you just buy a vampire connector=20
from them for $0.79 and the problem is solved.  The connector peirces=20
the plastic and connects tothe foil.
