I solved my initial ICD3 problem, but now I have a new one: I have sent
my old ICD2 to Microchip to get a 50% discount on a new ICD3 and I
received a coupon code to use with Microchip Direct, but they don't
deliver to Brazil. Is your help offer still valid?

I tried emailing you privately but it seems that your email only accepts
messages from Piclist.
