This is an upgrade worth doing as the ICD3 is so much faster than an ICD2. =
Also check out the upgrade offers at Microchip, recently they were doing a =
50% discount on trade in an ICD2 for an ICD3. Not sure if the offer is stil=
l valid, but worth checking.
