Yes I'm sure Microchip has stopped developing MPLAB 8.x, but I continue to =
use it.=20
I've tried MPLAB X more than once, installs ok but for some reason refuses =
to=20
open. No error messages, no nothing. Solving this problem will have to wait=
 for a=20
rainy day, or perhaps it will just go away if/when I replace this PC.
