That is useful **BUT** appears dangerously old - date unshown AFAICS which
is annoying in the context.

It is referenced in a Microchip application note dated 2003 - but may have
been added at a later date, and is mentioned elsewhere from 2006 on.

So it's evidently "rather old" and as it is citing relative development
changes between MOSFETS and IGBTs "within the last 2 years" it's highly
likely that a close look at latest developments is in order.
