I'll post pther photos as soon as possible. I've only now read the answers = to my un-tagged message. I'll try to make a description of the dryer (I'm i= n the EU): It's an electric one, didn't even know that gas dryers existed. It's a Bauk= necht/Whirlpool TRK67260. When plugged in no LEDs on the front panel light up, which they normally=20 used to. It would of course be helpful to know what it did/what happened when it stopped working but unfortunately I don't know.=20 I couldn't find a service manual for this model but only for a similar one = (on http://elektrotanya.com/bauknecht_trkk6850.pdf/download.html wonderful free service manuals site, just wait a few seconds for the downl= oad link). On it there's an interesting=20 test-voltages/test points image but the board being slightly different=20 the test points indicated aren't really helpful. No wiring diagram=20 inside the unit.=20 The cables are, as someone suggested, the european standard brown=3Dlive, b= lue=3Dneutral, y/g=3Dearth. I'll take all your suggestions and try to double check everything, from the= beginning, especially capacitors, fusible links if any and the soldering a= ll over the board. Many thanks.
