I haven't used it on PCB specifically but I have examples I consider similar... .. reglue flexible plastic side moulding to painted doors of Suburban; held for 1-2 days with blue tape while E6000 cured; OK for over a year (so far) outdoors in So California .. reglue nylon backed carpet to plastic side panel in car .. attach glass cabachons [non-faceted flat bottom "jewels"] to hypo-alergenic stainless steel pierced earring studs; at least once, one went through laundry without separating Last example I consider a tough problem as the glass and steel are both pretty smooth. E6000 is an industrial strength adhesive & must be treated with respect (fumes, skin contact, etc). But works great.
