Do the ABS pieces have to have any flex in relation to the
PCB surface?

If so, I second E6000.  Great adhesive with some give.
I usually buy it at Hobby Lobby now -- best price.

If ABS piece should be solidy fixed, I'd go with epoxy.

If you can put holes in PCB board, how about mechanical
fasteners through board and into the ABS parts?  Either
with or without an adhesive.
