I don't think that the PIC10F200 and relatives are that cheap, you can get the stm32f030f4p6 for about $0.66 each in 100, that is about double the price for ~40 times the flash, ~250 times the ram, multiple ADC, USART, timers, temperature sensor, 48MHz internal clock, 32bit cortex-m0, etc. At 6.5x6.5mm, it is about 4 times the area as the PIC.
