Middle ear, functional similarities, for acceleration and rotation.

But no datasheet, the data format is unique to each device, the pinout
changes from device to device, the pinout changes over time, no
built-in diagnostics for failure detection, limited operating
temperature range, and there's a problem with availability.  Doesn't
meet RoHS or CE.  I've not heard of any tests with ultrasonic baths.
