The language thing. He did not say you are responsible for the decline. He
said you are more responsible than any other single person. In case nobody
is (which is the case), you are not as well :-) Seriously, his point, I
think, is you are not EE-addicted person, you are more Admin role-addicted.

You could attract 99% of EE-related public. He could attract only 1% But,
let me suggest, he thinks that his 1% are true EE folks. The rest 99% are
just waste of time. The problem with the approach is that to raise and
select the 1% you absolutely need to maintain the whole 100% field. You are
doing just complementary jobs, you both are right your own way.
