The 130mA of the IRS2003 might be OK (although it seems a
little limp) but if you apply this filter you can do better in the Output
Current department

Perhaps look at those from 250mA - 700mA. A few with prices
comparable to the IRS2003 (up to 40c more @ 1 off)
